Children’s Healthiest Diet website is my way of answering questions you may have about Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) eating. I wish to add positive discussion and links to information in order to add clarity to a very confusing, personal, and yet globally important issue. I feel strongly about the WFPB way of eating and wish to be a resource for people who are interested in the subject. Please do email me with questions and comments so that I can better develop this website in the future. As you read the pages in this website, please do note that I will be adding content and explanations, and that I intend for the site to be a moving target full of interesting information! And I have so many blog post ideas that I don’t know where to start! I even have relatives who want me to write about their experiences with WFPB eating. I may have to invite guest bloggers!
